When you are invited to a meeting, you will be given a link to click on (or put in the URL of a browser tab).

After you enter or click on the link, the Meeting Setup page will display.

If this is your first meeting in SuperViz, you will be asked to Allow or Block permission for the application to use your microphone and camera. The permission request is displayed in the upper right side of the page. There will be two prompts; one for the microphone and one for the camera. Click Allow for both.

Note: If you block permissions for the application to use the camera or microphone, you will not be able to use the them during the meeting.

If you accidentally block permissions to the camera or microphone, you will have to reset the permissions on the computer. Using Chrome, click on the lock icon on the left side of the URL. Update the necessary permissions then refresh the page in the browser.

Now you can configure the camera, microphone and speakers before joining the meeting.

Click the camera icon, and select the camera or Turn the camera on/Turn Camera Off.

Click the speaker icon, and select the speaker or headset to use.

Click the microphone icon, and select the microphone or Turn Microphone Off.

Enter your name. It will display in the meeting participant box and is visible to all participants once you enter the meeting.
