SuperViz meetings are accessed with web links that are specific to each meeting. 

Anyone invited with the link can join the meeting. 

No one can access the meeting without the link.

See how easy is to join:

1) After clicking on the link, the Meeting Setup page will display.

2) If this is your first meeting in SuperViz, please allow permission for the application to use your microphone and camera. The permission request is displayed on the upper right side of the page. There will be two prompts; one for the microphone and one for the camera. Click Allow for both.

3) Now, you can configure the camera, microphone, and speakers before joining the meeting.

All set! Enjoy the meeting!

Note: If you block permissions for the application to use the camera or microphone, you will not be able join the meeting

If you accidentally block permissions to the camera or microphone, you will have to reset the permissions on the computer. Using Chrome, click on the lock icon on the left side of the URL. Update the necessary permissions then refresh the page in the browser.
