How may we help you?

Yes, there are two ways to define access to your projects:

1) You can define if your projects are private or public (feature available for Professional and Enterprise accounts).

OR

2) If you decide your projects are private, you can define which members of your Workspace can have access to each project you uploaded. (Admin users can access all projects of the workspace)

The public project setting makes 360 tours accessible for visits by anyone you share the link with, even when you are not hosting a meeting in SuperViz.
360 tours are private by default, so guests can only access those during guided meetings (Matterport tours and Sketchfab models are already public).

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Public Projects

Public projects can be accessed by any user with the project link (even your guests). To have the public project hover the mouse over your project thumbnail and click on the three dots on the upper right. Select "make this project public".

Private Projects

Private projects can only be accessed by members of your workspace that have permission to.

To add members to a project, hover your mouse over the project on the Project Dashboard. Click the ellipsis then select MANAGE MEMBERS.

The Project Members panel will be displayed and you'll be able to confirm which members of your workspace already have access to that project.

To add new members to the project, click Select team member. It will open a list of the members in the workspace that can be assigned to the project. You can type a username into the box to filter the list of workspace members.

Click the names you want to add to that project then SAVE.

You can also add all workspace members to a project: check the box Select all workspace members and all members will be added to the list.

Delete or set permissions

To delete members from a project, hover your mouse over the project on the Project Dashboard. Click the ellipsis then select MANAGE MEMBERS.

The Project Members panel will open. Existing project members are listed.  To remove access for a member, click VIEW to the right of their name.

Set the permission to No access. Don't forget to click SAVE when you are done.

Manage member access:

You can also manage specific member access:

Click the People icon in the left navigation bar.

This opens the Workspace members page. Click on the number in the Projects column for the member to see all of the projects they have access to.

Note that people you share the public projects with who are not licensed members of your account can’t start or host a meeting without you.
