Grid View places everyone’s camera views in a grid across the meeting screen. Hosts can turn Grid View on and off when they want to bring everyone together for face-to-face discussion without the ability to move around the project.

Hosts can activate it by clicking the Grid View icon at the top of the column of webcams. Note that other participants can’t access the feature.
